Professional Career debut
Paqueta made his professional debut for the Brazilian professional football club Flamengo at the age of 19 against Bangu on 5 March 2016 in a compititions of Rio de Janeiro State League match. On 19 February 2017, he scored his first professional goal against Madureira. He scored 11 goals for Flamengo in 49 games.
International Career debut
